I noticed that the webpage stated " This resource is intended for use by qualified service technicians who are factory trained to service Modbar equipment." They also stated " Always disconnect the power from Modbar equipment when performing any type of maintenance or service to the internal portion of any Modbar module or tap." The meta header had Service Guides as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Installation Guides and Preventative Maintenance Guides which isn't as important as Service Guides.
